The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process! They were very knowledgeable and helped suggest what obi and accessories would match best. There was a large selection of yukatas and some staff were able to speak english. They were also very understanding when we returned late due to the bus and waived the late fee. Would definitely recommend and come again :)
