Best place to rent kimonos in Japan. We had a reservation through a 3rd party platform but was cancelled by the system. Staff was very accomodating even though we don't have an active reservation. We successfully rented 4 kimonos and process was very easy. Definitely recommend!

Very nice service in Japanese and English. Took us for a walk-in despite not having reservations. There is a discount for booking ahead so plan accordingly!
