Best experience at a rental clothing place I’ve had all over the world! Even though I can’t speak Japanese well the workers were so accommodating and sweet. I was able to get this amazing student discount with the trendiest type of kimono and accessories and it was amazing. They even did my hair which was a great addition. I hope I can come again!! Thank you <3

Excellent service, I didn't have a reservation but it wasn't a problem. Staff were very helpful and explained all the options clearly. There are different kimonos and obi to choose from and hair options. Very close to the gardens for photos. It was raining but they also provided shoe covers and an umbrella. Highly recommend!

The service was a lot more inexpensive than I was expecting and for just 550 yen more they did a wonderful job decorating my hair with flower hairpins! So much more than I was expecting. As a tall woman (6’1 / 185 cm) they had kimonos that fit me which I was worried about. However, there were no shoes that were able to fit (US 12). But they had a wonderful selection in smaller sizes

着物の知識がなく優柔不断な私でも、どんどんコーディネートの提案をしてくださり、あれよあれよと可愛く着せてくださいました。１人旅だったので写真を撮るのも大変だったのですが、最後に撮ってくださり嬉しかったです。本当にありがとうございました。良い思い出になりました。

基本プランは安いが自分好みにオプションを追加していくと値段が上がる。 でもめちゃくちゃ高い訳でもないし納得の金額。 スタッフも感じが良く、利用して良かったです。

バサラさんは京都や鎌倉などで年末年始を過ごす時に何時も利用させて頂いています。 どちらの店舗も立地がよく、観光の際にとても便利です。 またお願いします。
